No Network for two days

I am so disappointed with Rain, we haven't had Network to the Last 2 days and We work from home and on the other hand and they have a nerve of saying that they are increasing the subscription amount. Customer service number does not work, horrible.. The Last time I had to buy Telkom data so I can be able to work and I was told to give them dates which I couldn't use Rain and they will consider that on the subscription amount but they NEVER did! Horrible service Horrible
