No network for over a week and a half......... AND COUNTING!!!!!

The network in my area has been down for about a week and a half now. When I call support they either tell me that they will call me back, which they never do, or that they are escalating the matter to the network team. Apparently a tower is down in my area and I was informed that the turnaround time for repairing that issue is 72hours which have come and gone and nothing has been done. The closest tower apparently is being obstructed and that is why I do not have service till today. I am really disappointed with the service that I am receiving from Rain after being loyal to them for over 4 years now. The customer experience is what differentiates one ISP from the other and I will give them a 0 for that.
