No network for an entire week

This is the 2nd review I've written and both aren't pleasant. The entire week from the 18th of March 2024 until today 24 March 2024 I have had horrible network. Rain doesn't take their customers into consideration, it's as if this wifi is free and they are doing us a favor meanwhile I'm paying for this service every month religiously. The least I'm expecting is to get something for the money I pay. VERY DISAPPOINTED CLIENT
