No network for 8 days their only response is we are here for you

The internet hasn't been working since 30.11.2022. N all they keep doing is sending a new ticket on top of a new ticket n nothing else. All I am asking for is a working internet which I will use to do my work without issues not ticket after on how u are here for me coz surely if you were indeed here I would have been disconnected for 8 days. Funny I stay next to the network tower hence I am frustrated trying to figure out what is going on
