No network for 2.5 hrs after loadshedding for 1week now
Rain , why is the network still off for 2.5 hours after the power comes back on from loadshedding. This morning I had loadshedding from 7-9 @8:45 the network went off, the power came on @9 and Rain still stayed off till 11:25!!!!!! WHY???!!!!!????!!! 2.5 HRS AFTER LOADSHEDDING IS COMPLETED IT STILL STAYS OFF WHY? And its been doing that for over a week now! Rain is very quick to take payment but can't fix their stuff ups! Why????????

27 Jul 2023, 12:26Please don't phone me, I am busy with work, the little time I have network I need to use. PUT IT ALL IN WRITING WHEN WE TAKE THIS TO LEGAL ACTION. When consumers pay, you have to supply a service. Please don't use other network providers as a excuse cause it is FALSE, I did a full investigation on your comments and other network providers say it is false statements from Rain. Fix the PROBLEMS ASAP or supply FREE NETWORK, CAUSE PEOPLE ARE LOSING INCOME THANKS TO YOUR BAD SERVICE CONNECTIONS AND I AM LOSING A LOT OF INCOME! I will not settle for that BS Excuse! Fix it!
