No network for 2 weeks now

it has been 2 weeks without WIFI connection and i have been calling 3 to 4 times a day asking for help but nothing is done,the consultants have been escalating the issues to the managers and technicians saying we will get a call back but we have not received any call instead we do the calling just to do the follow ups.I pay R560 every month for their WIFI services but they do not deliver instead they keep saying the same thing over and over again and zero progress
