No network even after sim activation.

I was shopping around for LTE uncapped specials and was curious to see what rain had. Should have known it was too good to be true for what they were offering for that price. I checked the 5G coverage for my area which showed that I would have coverage. I ordered and paid the pro rata rate and received the router and the sim was activated on the 16th of January 2023. I tried to follow the self help instructions about trying to connect to a network tower, to know avail. I tried numerous times to sort the issue out with customer care. Supposedly it was escalated, with feedback saying that they working on the 5G tower in the area I stay. Knowing it was a load of **** excuse, I tried again to contact rain via email and no response. It has now been nearly 2 weeks that I have paid for a service that I have not received!

I am not impressed and very dissatisfied with the poor service and customer service of rain. I’m ready to cancel and get a full refund of the money I paid.
