No network

Poor service

Managers and supervisors ***********.

My network have been off for two weeks.

They still coming out to check my router and network.

I will not pay this month.

It's ******* to bill a client for a service not used.

I have all the references numbers and names of agents will escalate it to the ombudsman if this problem do not het fixed today.
