NO network during loadshedding and customer service lacking!
Every time we have load-shedding, I have NO network. This has been going on for the last few weeks and I have logged this fault twice now, without feedback or remedy. The call center, clearly NOT based in SA, is difficult to get through to and frustrating to deal with. Not a happy customer!
