No network coverage

I've been with rain for so long but recently I'm so disappointed. I keep having network issues. Currently I have been without internet connection for 3 weeks, I keep calling but no assistance all they know is to apologize without resolving my issue. No one calls me back. So terrible, some of us work from home and need to always be connect now one must buy extra data meanwhile they being charged monthly. Disappointed 😞
