NO NETWORK COVERAGE EVER!!!!

I have been trying to get hold of rain support with no luck! For three days straight! No one answers their call. If they do, they tell you how a network cable is down and will be working soon. Day three and absolutely no network but they are so quick to debit you. EVERYDAY is a struggle with connection! EVERY SINGLE DAY! Please do not advertise strong signal strength and then not deliver. We are not in the business of donating our money for services we do not use!
