No network coverage

I have a 4g sim card with rain for a few years now , i have been happy with the company .. however for the month of June i have not had any coverage , i have called and agents tell me that the matter has been escalated and for a full month now i don't have any coverage

Thank you for the prompt response, i will have to do this when i get home as i don't have it with me now and will revert back to you . I didn't realise that i forgot it at home
