No network coverage, bad customer service.

I bought a rain sim card because their coverage map showed that there was network coverage for my area. When I received the sim card, there was no network. The sim was active, APN was changed as per their advice, but still no network. It took the Customer service agents a week to get back to me. I explained my issues and after several follow up emails, they advised that my sim is not latching to the network. It took them three weeks to identify an issue that I mentioned on day one. And they still couldn’t fix the network issue. I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone.
