No network coverage 2022 but will not cancel

On the 25th of March I canceled my rain subscriptionas I have been having network issues for over 3 months now, 90% of the time I have no internet connection even though I paid and I work from home. I got #*** - Web-CancelSIM *** email after I cancelled. On one of the messages I got I was told the tower will be collected and my subscription is cancelled. Till this day no one from rain has called or sent mail about this the only thing I see is money will be deducted from my account in April. Please come and collect your equipment I am done with rain and do not deduct any money from my account. I had goo network coverage in 2021 but in 2022 I have been paying for nothing. I hope you will cancel for real this subscription because if not I am going to complain until you hear me.
