No network connectivity
You will suffer! No network connectivity for hours on end you will move the router in all the corners of the house nothing when you complain they pretend to be helping you but they don’t cause hours later you still have to run around the house looking for network connectivity until you give up.

03 Aug 2024, 05:37No one contacted me for router replacement as per their promise , I am still struggling with connectivity I used their rain app to raise a ticket still no one contacted me I’m paying for service I’m not receiving which is internet connection and promises are made to me but no one is delivering.
