No network connection from Rain

But honestly i rely on the network for my school work,, internet research,,, now i have to buy data andbl on the 15th of April is full debit of R499 that's unfair business practice

So in the meantime what must i do,,, buy my own data,,,,,, and on the 15th of every month a full amount is debited?

I hope that promise will be kept...it can't be..... For me communicating with you i use a data that i bought from other service providers whereas im on unlimited data..... ☹️

Still no network coverage available,, and do you actually understand the anxiety and confusion you are causing to me and my family.? Without network we can't watch tv, study, communicate with other people..... But at the end you debit a full amount of money,,, isn't that amount to ******* and unfair business practice?
