No Network connection

I haven't had Network connection since Saturday to date, I called yesterday at Night an Agent told me that my Tower is on load shedding told her this makes no sense as the whole country has load shedding and i haven't been expericing this. Today I spoke to Muhle who advised me that Tower has been offline since Saturday, she tried to Reset on her side still nothing even on my side still i was not winning. Need to know what from here, as I'm working from home i use the Wi-Fi as my connectivity and TV aswell. I need someone to fix this ASAP, because i will be in trouble and I'm on sick leave due to operation.
