No network connection

Have had connection for the past 3 days and Rain consultants tells me there’s connection showing on their side and I’m being billed while I cannot connect to their network. I even resorted to canceling my subscription and got the email stating that my subscription will be canceled at the end of the month, meaning I’ll still be billed for a service I didn’t utilize
