No network connection

From the 18th of April 2021, my Rain Wi-Fi stopped working. I contacted them via Facebook after all the steps they took me through the network did not come through. on the 20th I called them, they said maybe it could be the router that I am using, I must try put it in an Android. Which I did and could see the Rain 4G network when I select it, it just said "cannot connect to the selected network", I tried atleast 4 phones and still getting the same answer to show that the problem is not the Huawei router nor the Androids phones but with the simcard itself. I do not know if they mistakenly disconnected my line.
