I HAVE ORDERED A SIM AND THE PROBLEM WITH THIS RAIN SIM IS IT DOESN'T WANT TO WORK ON THE OTHER PHONE SO I'VE SENT THEM AN EMAIL BUT IT SEEMS LIKE MY PROBLEM IT IS NOT GONNA BE REOSOLVED THEY TOLD ME THAT IF THE PHONE THAT I WANT TO INSERT THE SIM ON IT IS NOT 4G IT WONT WORK SO I TOLD THEM THAT IT S 4G PHONE HUAWEI Y6 2019 BUT THEY NOT HELPING I'VE BEEN SENDING EMAILS NO RESPOND FROM THEM

HOW DO I GET THIS RESOLVED?
