No network connection
No network connection same time everymonth and am sick and tired. Rain never have a network connection. Last month it never worked for the whole month and yesterday it started again still today its not working. I pay my premium every month never skipped a month . Am paying for something that's not working for me .

Every time am promised the support team will get back to me, when none of the support team have contacted me nor fixed my issue . Rain your the most pathetic network in the whole world you people dont care about others am paying this for my work purposes and because of your stupid network connection I cant work anymore.
