No network connection
Rain doesn't work everyday and when you request for help they will tell you that you are connected. How can you be connected when these no network. I mean am uding my router work purposes and I have to miss my meetings due to no network everyday. Am sick and tired or your poor service.

02 Feb 2026, 17:23Still waiting for connection worse part even your Sims doesn't have connections . How long must I wait for network. I have mentioned that am using this for my work and today it has never connected at all , even now network still off. Same thing tomorrow I know I wont be able to deliver my job due to this .
