NO NETWORK

Rain network coverage has been down in my area Delft South since the 27th of July, I've made numerous calls to the network for assistance and all I've been told is that the issue is being resolved however it's been more than 2 weeks since this has happened and has severely affected my work from home. During COVID I'm unable to go back to the office and I cannot get any work done due to this problem. I feel like there's no sense of urgency whatsoever because of the area that I live in but if the same thing happens at Camps Bay the network would be sorted out a long time ago.
