No network and slow speeds when there is coverage

I became a new subscriber just the other day now with no network coverage in Cape Town, my subscription is useless. I paid in advance now I can't get my money's worth. And the dashboard is offline as well with no word from rain. Stay away from rain. It's the worst network with no network coverage in a major city, not even 1 bar. When I had coverage, it wasn't 4G, felt more like edge speed-is. It's not worth paying for something but you're not able to use it.
