No network all week
Rain network is getting worse everyday, we struggled with network all week even today there is no network. The technicians are aware and are doing nothing about it , service is getting disgusting by the day

25 Nov 2023, 21:53Your wifi network is still down, literally the whole day, including yesterday if we miss your payment by just 5 minutes our services are terminated immediately and somehow you tend to forget days and weeks that we go without proper network coverage we end up buying data in order to work and still pay your full monthly subscription
Today alone I spend R350 buting data in order to work...your network is becoming useless by the day.
