no network again

hello my rain network 5g 4g is down from yesterday , please assist i dont know what else to do i cant get through to call center , email linked to profile *** .. this is the 2nd time this month first time was 4 days now again , i pay R999pm and im basically losing 1 week already and il still be billed for it , this is seriously unfair and disruptive to me as i need to buy extra data just to continue as normal , please help me urgently please
