No more excuses, RAIN

Why should I pay for a full 10MB/s up and down uncapped subscription if the Rain network can’t handle it!. In peak times: from 4pm till 11pm there is absolutely no internet @ 0.2MB download, but 1.2 upload. Over weekends it’s even worse @ 0.4MB download and 0.0 upload and download still dropping.

I’m tired of excuses. Fix your bandwidth to handle amount of clients or start to refund us all!
