No joy in getting the refund

In August my daughter app**** for a 5g with rain. And because she lost her ID copy and only had a photocopy the courier service Ram could not deliver the device. She now had to cancel the order. She was called and was promised to get the refund in 7-10 working days. I now app**** for the device in my name. My has to be given a refund which still has not been paid since August. She was informed that her refund was processed on 31 August 2020. But we never received it. We have going back and forth on emails and nothing has been done yet. The Order No: ***. And the last communication was on 12 October (Thank you for your response.

Let me check with our management services as to which account the refund was refunded to and I will then get back to you within 48 working hours.) We received the same response again on 23 October. But nothing has been done.

It is now 3 months later and no refund.
