No internet whole weekend

Iim so frustrated at this point I don't think rain agents really wanted to assist me they just wanted me to get out of their way, I had no internet access the whole weekend they promised to sort it out today they confirmed that it was sorted one of rain agents who's name is Thomas.. But to my surprise it still the Same they have not helped me at all their service is very bad
