NO INTERNET UP TO NOW

ordered the home sim & router which was delivered yesterday morning and was requested for id & proof of residence for rica and was advised will be connected in 2 hours, up to now still "connected without internet".....I HAVE CALLED THE CALL CENTRE 3X TODAY STILL WAITING MEANING I CANT WORK...
