No internet speed

For the past month every single night i barely have any internet speed. I am not even able to do speed tests, this is how slow my internet is. I have contacted rain numerous times about this and still this has not been resolved. During the day the internet works perfectly fine then from 16:00 I literally have no internet speed. I pay R499 per month for what??? it's not like i'm receiving a service for this money.
