No Internet signal

Ive been without network for the past 4 days. I have been upgrading my package every time just to improve my signal and speed, but im disappointed time and time again. Im currently on the 5G package. I had no issues in the begging but now its pathetic the way i loose signal and Rain expect me to pay the full amount at the end of the month with intermittent signal. Ive even waited my airtime on there so called " Call center" it either no answer or they cant help me.
