No internet ( service ) the past two months but they are charging me

I have been without internet the past two months and they cant resolve the issue but they keep on charging me , im currently owing two month money , service is very poor . People need to wake up this people are ****, their call center is even worse is like they outsourced they call center outside the country to people who don't even understand English properly
