*********** & NO INTERNET SERVICE SINCE 2 APRIL 2024

Rain is the absolute worst service provider in SA.

We have had intermittent internet service from 2nd April 2024 until the connection went off completely on 12th April 2024.

I work from home and this has been extremely frustrating for me.

I have logged several calls and have several reference numbers...but of what use is the reference numbers, if the technicians or agents do not follow-up on it???

I have called the support / technical service line everyday, from Monday 15th April to date...sometimes up to 5 times in the day...oy yo be told that they are "sorry"... i don't want your sorry, i want a service that i pay for!!!

Without fail, on the 01st of every month, i am debited for the monthly payment...but how can you ***** me with over 2 weeks of no service???

Rain, send a freaking technician out to resolve the matter
