No Internet Service, Poor ISP

No service 36hrs and counting, at least 20 tickets logged and not so much as a phone call to explain the problem and or time to service return. They simply don't care but are very quick to debit at month end, impressive how that system never fails. I Encourage any person considering #Rain to reconsider, you'll be very disappointed and you will be **********.
