No internet service on several occasions

Rain 5G is pouring with no internet. The support desks are flooded, that is why no one can get back to you within their support time of 24-48hrs (ref ***5). Since the 15th of Feb the link has been terrible in the Kya Sands area. On ticket number/*** we received an email whereby we had to rate them and the rating they received was poor. Within 5 minutes we received another mail saying support turnaround time is 24hrs and would we like to change rating. Maybe RAIN must focus more on their business than being concerned about their ratings (takes 5 minutes to respond to rating, but 24-48 hours to respond to network issue. Priorities, priorities!
