No internet service due to connecting towers afar.

I have been in contact with Rain from the start of the month for the poor internet connection i am getting and spent loads on airtime to call the call centre and still my router is being connected to a tower that is 6.5km away from me instead of the closest one which is 0.62km away walking distance. Can someone please sort out this **** . Im not a happy client at this time. ***

Thank you for getting back to me. I would like to change my stars ti 5 stars as Jason from the call centre guided me through the process of switching to another tower that have changed my connection problems. The internet connection is remarkable. Shoutout to Jason. He is a superstar.
