No Internet Service Connection AGAIN!!!
Rain Has Been Very Dissapointing These Past Couple Of Months, For The Third Time In Less Than 2 Months, I'm Writing About The Same Issue Of Not Having An Internet Connection!!! They Very Quick To Deduct Money From My Account But Their Service Is Appalling And The Only Way To Reach Out To Them Is Through Hello Peter Because Submitting A Ticket On Their Rain App Is Just Useless Because You Don't Get Assistance And Also You Can't Reach Them Through A Phone. I've Restarted The Router For More Than 3 Times And Still It's Not Working. This Is Not Right, I've Had No Internet Connection For More Than 4 Hours, How Am I Expected To Do My Job When You Deduct Money From My Account But Fail To Deliver!!!

09 Nov 2021, 20:35Okay, Seems Like The Issue Has Not Been Resolved As I Still Do Not Have Internet Access And Bare In Mind I'm Paying For The Highest Option Yet I'm Still Not Receiving Any Service. Honestly This Is Not Right. We Pay So Much Money To Have A Stable Internet Connection Yet No Services Are Being Rendered. Please Have This Sorted ASAP. I Will Cancel My Subscription If This Isn't Resolved. It's Only Been 3 Months Yet There Are So Many Issues That Have Occurred And I Have Been Complaining. This Isn't Good, I Will Be Considering Other Options Because This Network Does Not Know How To Provide The Service We Are Promised, Instead We Just Get ****** Off Our Money And Get Terrible Service, Really Dissapointing, Honestly.
