No internet service but still they continue deducting money!

Very poor Service reported my internet rooter no able to receive signal they told me the tower in Kempton Park is down and this went on for a month with no internet. 1 October they deducted full amount....They don't answerer calls, the call you back but you hardly can hear them, its all-********** service they are offering.
