No internet service and poor customer care

This service is poor and they are not even professional, its the 3rd month now im paying for their services thy deducting my money but no internet service. I just want my money back and they can keep their simcard since its useless. They keep promising that an agent will call u but they never call or communication to address the problems we incounter shame on this service provider an the false information they share with us consumers.
