No internet or very slow internet every night

Every night between 19:00 and 21:00 without fail, our internet dips and informs us that there is no internet. The line speed dips below 1mb per second. This lasts for about 30 minutes before it goes back to normal. This is not what I signed up for Rain.

Please get this sorted out. Or atleast have the decency to inform your clients if there is an issue every night.
