No Internet! No Resolutions! Wasting money buying data from other providers

I have been without internet for at least 6 days now, I have phoned Rain countless times & logged tickets on RainGO without any resolution. I work from home so this means that I had to buy ALOT of mobile Data!!! Never mind the data, but airtime in order to get through to your support department. I have spoken to numerous people around Ramsgate area that are experiencing the same problem. Ideally I would like to know whats going on???!! & also to get a credit for each day I had no service to cover for the data & airtime I had to buy!
