No internet, No refund and no response from the company

To date still no response from this company after they deducted my money and I am stuck with a sim card that is not working. I logged a complaint here and they company responded that I would get contacted but till today nobody bothered to get back to me. I escalated by calling their customer care and spoke to the manager by the name of Tyron Chetty but the guy was of no assistance and referred me to their website to go and cancel the contract. He promised to email the instructions of how to do that and nothing was sent to me. This is a nightmare!
