No Internet.. Just deel with it

Rain has the worst service when it comes to problem resolving. I have spoken to 4 call center agents and 2 so called manangers on the *** line, multiple promises has been made to escalate my problem, multiple promises ofcall backs and emails..., 24 ours later and I still have to call in to get an update.... AND STILL NO ONE CAN ASSIST ME FUTHER THAN "THE BEST I CAN DO AS A MANAGER IS I WIL ESCALATE YOUR PROBLEM". So here is my Question to you Rain.... How long does it take to replace the batteries of the tower???? (This is what has been told to me by your call centre managers) ... its been 4 days.... Do you even care about your customers????
