No internet from Rain

I bought a rain sim card to work after hours and weekends On set up at my residence I received no connection at all although rain said I was connected I lodged a complaint on Monday 12 of April I phoned everyday telling them that I am losing income as I have no connection I asked them to send a technician nothing happened Then they told me it was a sim card problem and I needed to so a sim swap This I did and still same problem no connection I have lost money and income I have heard nothing bit lies and empty promises yet they have my money for a service I cant use after hours Today Sunday 18 April a network technician phoned and told me again it's a sim card problem and I told him this was done He didn't even check the system to see it was done that was at 10 am and said he would call me back it now 8 PM am sti waiting for the call back Meantime I cant work my customers overseas arw calling me and complaining Is Rain going to pay me for loss of income and if I lose my job? You happy to take a persons money bit cant sort the issue It's now 7 days and nothing has been done at all Shocking disgusting and pathetic service
