No INTERNET for three days from '5G' ISP - Pathetic

Have not had internet for the past three days. Their support is via automated emails which spew out generic and utterly useless advice. I have used rain's 5G for about four months and its been nothing short of a disaster. it is not 5G and is marred with latency and intermittent issues. grossly overpromising and spectacularly underdelivering. they have bit off more than they can chew. how does any serious ISP not have a call centre. pathetic.
