No Internet for the past 3 days - Sundowner

I have been without internet for the past 3 days, and have been calling rain since the 27.12.2022, I live in the Sundowner area, they are telling me about a tower problem, but there is no turnaround time of when it will be resolved, im spending money to call them everyday, and i also spend money on prepaid data, no one calls to update on the resolution of the problem, this is costing me a lot of money, im very frustrated by their call center giving me scripted answers, what is the point?
