NO INTERNET FOR OVER A MONTH FROM RAIN AND NO SUPPORT

I haven’t had internet for almost a month now, no response from rain, spoke to several agents and they couldn’t assist me nor restore my network. Attempted to cancel and they refuse to assist me in cancelling my account it’s been over 3 weeks now and still no response after countless emails and calls. This is the absolute worst network service provider I have ever come across accompanied by the worst customer service I have ever received, false promises on false promises. They refuse to refund me for the past 3 week as well even though I haven’t had any internet. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone EVER!!!!
