No internet for me but money was deducted

My Router is showing a blue light and doesn't have internet connection, its been more than 4 days. I tried submitting a ticket and its telling me i have already submitted a ticket and i must wait 24hours and it been more than 24 hours... But they deducted money on the 24th and yet i have no internet
