No Internet for FOUR days with no solution in sight!

We have been without internet for more than 4 days now. When we call in they tell us the tower that our router connects to is down and they cant give us an ETR. They always say they will escalate the matter and still we sit without internet. they refuse to give us a contact number for management nor will they tell us what is going on with the tower. ABSOLUTELY SOCKING SERVICE!!! Afetr 4 days they still can't tell us when the tower will be repaired if ever!! Worse than a certain electricity supplier we all have come to hate!!!
